The application is designed to control changes in the model, as well as to analyze the work on the project:
It allows you to evaluate the performance of employees
It provides tracking of changes in the Project
It informs the BIM Manager and Management about the most important changes in the Project
It stores statistical information about changes in the Project
It allows you to determine the initiator of changes by domain name
It allows you to determine the initiator of changes by domain name
It allows you to analyze the information, you’ve received by viewing the model using the WEB interface
System architecture is Client-server
It does not affect Revit performance
It accumulates data on the local computer, if there is no access to the Internet
All information is stored on the server
Data is available for display at any time in a tabular form
It is possible to evaluate the work of both a specific designer and the general work of designers on a project over a long period
It is safe. Data are stored as the references to the model. It is eliminating the possibility of leakage of design solutions from the monitor base
Visual display of all information using graphs and charts
It allows you to highlight elements in Revit and get change graphs of them
it is possible to display these changes on the project model via the WEB interface, using the Forge platform
Integration with PowerBI with an interactive request to the cloud server. It has an ability to upload graphs to the cloud for joint analysis and generation of a report on work.
It is possible to display information in various graphical forms at the request of the user
The application consists of two parts:
Cloud service
Client side
A cloud service is a database with the ability to connect to it using a WEB interface, which allows you to analyze changes in the project. This service is located on a remote server and is available at any time of the day. Changes are displayed in the form of graphs both for the entire project, and individually for each designer for a specified period of time.
In addition, it is possible to display these changes on the project model via the WEB interface, using the Autodesk Forge platform
You can get informative graphs of changes for a specific group of elements in the model, and work with them.
The client part is installed on the user's workstation and synchronizes the changes made by him with the cloud, and also allows you to select elements in the Revit environment and obtain change schedules from them. You can also receive data on changes in related models in the mode of highlighting changed elements in a different color.
Using the trigger system, it is possible to put an alert label on model elements. This label will allow you to receive notifications of changes to items, including information about who made the changes. This mechanism allows you to control the editing of an element without blocking it.
All of the above tools can be used both by project managers (to control work on it) and by disigners to verify the changes made during their absence.
